It's been a busy week around here with my folks in town for a little end of winter visit. Little did they know this would be a working vacation. It seems that some of their visits to Florida lead to getting projects completed. We built our little outdoor shed on one of their trips. Sometimes we will go and do some fun stuff, but this time its turning out nice low-keyed visit. We will head off to the beach tomorrow, of course a strong cold front is coming through tonight giving us wind and chilly weather for tomorrow...great day to be at the beach! Either way, we'll have a nice lunch at Crabby Bill's.
The project for this trip has been the backyard fence. With a lot of help from everybody we've got the whole backyard enclosed. You'll remember back a few blogs how we started the garden expansion which included new fence. It's all done except for the painting! I'll be posting pictures soon from the newly cleaned out back yard. Many thanks to the Nicewinter women for doing a fantastic bush clearing job!!
It took 3 days and 3 trips to Home Depot but it was well worth the effort to have a nice looking backyard fence!!
