Bok Choy

So, it looks like our deep freeze episodes have pretty much ended for this winter season and that has given me a little mojo to get back in the garden.

I went to Lowe's the other week searching for some cabbage plants to go along with the seedlings already started in my seed tray. I came upon a lonely tray of bok choy and thought it was worth trying.

I've decided to give this winter garden one last try before growing a cover crop over the summer months. Along with the bok choy, beets, radish and a soon to be planted cilantro plant are all getting started.
