Wow, what a great time of year it is and there's no better place to be than the "Inn at Nicewinter" where fresh garden veggies are now being featured for lunch and dinner! Imagine a nice crisp salad of beatiful red romaine lettuce, cool cucumbers and rich lycopene laiden tomatoes!! All this grown just steps away from the main kitchen so you get the freshest vegetables possible! And there's more on the way, garden peas will be coming in the months ahead and radishes are popping up as we speak! Successive planting of lettuce and carrots will keep those salads coming!
