707 J(uliet) T(ango)is what air traffic controllers would call the tail number of this aircraft. So, the other Saturday night at work while watching a few planes land on runway 18 Left at Tampa Int'l I saw this aircraft glide overhead and touchdown on the runway. It was big jet with a red tail that I did not recognize (amazingly enough). The controller told 707 Juliet Tango to taxi off the runway to parking. Then it hit me, tonight this aircraft was not Juliet Tango....it was.....707J(ohn) T(ravolta) piloting his very own Boeing 707 4 engined antique jetliner painted in vintage Qantas Airlines colors!! That was evident when he acknowledged the controllers instructions...he his the captain of his own ship!! I'm not sure what he was in town for but a bus load of his closest friends drove away from the plane in a big charter bus!
Never a dull moment on the evening shift!!

I wonder if they were here for something Scientology related. They have a big headquarters over in Clearwater.
