Finally Fall....'08!

I believe that was the title of a blog post I wrote about a year ago, about the same time that we woke up to cool, 50 degree mornings!

October is one of the best months Florida has to offer and not just because Julie and I celebrate our birthdays, but its a time of change. We say goodbye to the heat and humidity of the summer and begin seeing some nice dry, cool air that lets us open up windows and turn off the A/C. We can finally start planting some good cool weather crops in the garden, our green beans looking exceptionally nice this year. And for the first time ever in Tampa Bay, the World Series will be played.

As we celebrate our 7 year anniversary of moving in, we will be finishing the fence project that was started last March (Only 6 more panels to stain). We will celebrate the season with more trips to Disney World as Olivia gets brave enough to ride splash mountain (whether she wants to or not)!

Have a Happy Halloween and enjoy those fall colors that we won't see here!
