Taters out......Compost in!

It's getting to be busy times in the garden these days with preparations for the fall planting season getting underway. Last week all the remaining sweet potatoes were harvested and a pile of fresh compost was spread around the garden. Next week we'll be tilling the compost into the dirt and planting cucumbers and a second crop of pumpkins. Beets will go in the ground as we head toward the cooler months!
