Spring Harvest

Our nice springs rains and warmer weather have helped the garden veggies come to life and a slow harvest of beets and cabbage is the result. The cotton seeds planted a few weeks ago are also enjoying the warm and with our recent downpour have really started to take off. The first planting of the buckwheat cover crop is also up and running. Enjoy some pictures of our latest harvest......
